What Memo captures

  • Every message in every session (human + assistant)
  • Every tool call and its output (file edits, commands, searches)

Known gaps

  • Claude.ai Connectors do not support auto-sync. Use the dashboard to import Claude Chat exports (Settings → Export data).
  • Artifact content (code blocks, documents) from Claude Chat is not yet indexed. Sessions and messages are captured, but inline artifacts are stored as references.
  • Export from dashboard is JSON only. CSV and PDF export are planned.
  • Semantic search requires embeddings to be generated (happens automatically for new sessions; historical backfill is ongoing).
